Chapter 39 of the City Code of Ordinances includes rules that cover all Personnel.. Article 1 covers general regulations and Article 2 defines Retirement Plan for Persons Over Fifty Not Otherwise Covered and Article 3 cover the Employee Compensation and Classification System.
